Good afternoon all. Your Colorado Avalanche take on the Wilds of Minnesota in the Land o’ Lakes. Game time is 6pm ET, 4pm MT and video will be available to very few of us via Fox Sports North and perhaps NHLN will peek in at some point. Marc Moser will have the Avs radio call on Altitude 950.

Word on the street is that the NHL has asked officials to back off on calling 20-30 penalties every game, we’ll see if that makes a difference. Tonight kicks off a 3-in-3 for the Avs with Minny at home tomorrow night then off to Dallas Monday.
